I’ve lived here about 5 months. The staff is great - super friendly and responsive. The general environment is quiet. Its a very friendly, quiet, safe community and I love living here. Conveniently located by every place I need to go.

Price of new lease

We were going to renew lease they wanted $300.00 a month more.for anther years lease been here 17 years then we called to give notice she came down $120.00 I feel like they were price gouging at a time like this when people are hurting anyway just to get there bonus.
