Friendly staff but things seem to fall between the cracks

Mostly an enjoyable place to live when maintenance gets sent out they are very friendly but sometime they don’t come out and I think that is a front office issue. Again the people there are very friendly and try to get things fixed but things do seem to fall between the cracks.

needs alot of work

complex has been owned by 6 or 7 companies in the last 5 years. Each company promises to make improvements but do not see many that affect the outside of the complex. Maintenance does not fix items in apartments fully or properly if they fix them at all. Have had a loud noisy refrigerator for over 6 months now stopped trying to get it fixed after 3 calls to maintenance where if they showed up (I cannot verify they did nothing was changed in how the refrigerator worked and no notes were added about it to the notice online stating it was fixed. Am charged for electricity despite the fact that the lease states that electricity is a fee charged only by the electric company. Last few months of rent are not correctly listed online and have to guess on how much to pay and then 2 weeks after rent is paid get notices saying I owe money. Well if they would post the correct amount owed online that wouldn't be a problem. Once my lease is up I have decided if I have to I would prefer to live in my car than in this complex any longer. That is how bad this place is currently.
