Perfect Location

Everything is within your reach. The mall, costco, sam’s club, walmart, target, restaurants, and my kids’ school are all within a mile or so. Easy freeway access. Quiet neighborhood. The updated units are beautiful. The floorplans are perfect and open. I really love this place.

not worth living here place needs upgrades

Needs major upgrades and repair. All apartments are constantly needing repairs. Walls need insulation. Windows need to be double pane not single you can hear the outside. Parking is always a problem and gates are always broken. Key fobs for gate never working. Water heater need to be replaced.dog owners dont pick after their dogs. Trash doesnt get picked up from door.
