Great layout
We have lived here for two years. Our apartment has a great corner layout with lots of light. Sorry to be moving states, otherwise we would have considered the new upgrades. While the cabinets and tile were showing signs of wear, the great layout, sunlight, and front pool made up for it. New property management has made good improvements and maintenance is responsive and helpful. I only have one negative review and that is the grounds crew. The previous management company had the best crew and the property was beautiful year round. The new crew is clearly not skilled in maintaining flowering bushes - everything is cut to the bone.

As Good As It Gets
This is still apartment living… you share walls and common areas - for me that is always undesirable. However the noise levels are way less than I would expect - I don’t hear my neighbors often. The staff are very friendly and ready to help. The units are spacious and many of them are updated. The two refreshing pools make life in AZ more comfortable. Perhaps the best part is the location - right next to a storage facility, CVS, restaraunts, medical offices, groceries & a beautiful park.
