Decent Apartments

So far, the apartment is decent. cabinets are worn down, warped from water damage throughout the apartment. Grounds are somewhat clean, aside from the extensive pets cat and dogs poop all over the grass area, watch where you walk! They may have doggie poop bags available, but nobody is using them. My biggest issue is the apartment smells of cigarette smoke and weed. That is the downside of apartment living, shared ventilation and before move in, the office staff had to be able to smell it as well as it is not a faint smell, whenever they did their walk through for the prior tenants, yet nothing is done to correct it.
