Okay

Not the best could be better prices don’t match the quality of the apartments needs to be 10% less than what is offered . Washing machines don’t work, trash everywhere, apartments aren’t spacious, lack good ac/heating units , poor kitchen appliances, walls are still marked up and needs more than a paint over, closet doors don’t shut…etc good nice personable staff though

Outlets is loose and run hot when something is in it

Need outlets fix loose and run hot when something is plug up to it I don't used them at all the one in the bathroom room works good that's the only one...

My granddaughter loves living at Regency Arms she has had no problem since living there and the apartment manager is the best Jerry is on it if you have a problem he gets it fixed asap so yes i recommend everyone i know to stay here
