Staff improved, amenities downgraded and rent increased.
Quality of apartment complex has not kept pace with the rent. The current maintenance/management team is absolutely an improvement over staff in years past. However, multiple amenities haved been removed instead of being repaired or maintained and the replacements to those are not equal. Several things needed repairs, but we had a gym, pool, basketball court, volleyball court and bench seating around the yard. The basketball court was replaced by a pavilion with no seating, the volleyball area was replaced by a "dog park" that is just a fence with nothing in it, and our benches in the yard were removed, not repaired or replaced. No one wants to pay higher rent for downgraded amenities.

Neighbors
Everything is great except the neighbor's smoke weed which makes our apartment smell like weed. We cannot seem to get anything done about it either.
