Not worth $30 rent increase.

Parking has gotten increasingly worse. I have to part a building down from my own building sometimes. The neighbors above me have a dog that runs around the apartment day and night, making noise with toys or whatever it's doing. There are loud bangs and noises and sometimes the owner's footsteps are loud. I'm happy when they are away. They are the worst issue I've experienced, here. The pipe from the water gutter in front of my bedroom comes apart quite often when it's been "fixed" I can hear maintenance trying to fix it from time to time. Maintenance generally does an awesome job and staffing is kind and professional.

Great location! Not enough amenities for establishment

The only thing I can really complain about is the limited parking, and limited amenities. Too nice not to have working hot tubs and a gym in spite of covid. I love the location, and there isn’t a noise or disturbance.
