Trapnall Place takes its name from its backyard neighbor, Trapnall Hall, one of Little Rock's oldest historic structures and the past official Governor's reception hall. These two twin eight-plex's share a charming courtyard and are made up of identical one bedroomone bath apartments. Built in the early 1920s by Richard Bragg, a successful Little Rock businessman, each side is named after his two sons, Warren and Wesley. All these apartments have the same floor plan, an open living room with two large closets, a kitchen with original built-ins and an open concept dining room, and French doors leading to a lovely bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area. Our residents love the storage space but are sold on these apartments because of the historic hardwood floors, large windows throughout, and special moldings that make this building unique. The kitchens have been modernized and are complete with dishwasher, garbage disposal, and ice machine. Each apartment has one dedicated, assigned, off-street parking space. Our closest building to the downtown business district, these apartments are an easy walk to work and even better... to bars and restaurants on Clinton Avenue and Main Street.
