My experience
So far it’s been a great experience living here. My only cons has been people with pets having their dogs leaving poop on the sidewalk or too close to the sidewalk. My other con would be rent going up every time you resign your lease.
Poor up keep
Outside is always trashy need speed bumps rent always increasing . Hard to get things fixed. Carpet needs updating paint needs to be done.
