Its pretty decent as far as apartments go

It is a nice place to live. Pretty basic, and you can tell its old, but they do a pretty good job at maintaining it. Someone did hit my car in the parking lot though.

Moved in and lots of things were broken.

Dishwasher leaks, shower faucet leaks, AC doesn’t work, windows don’t close all the way, kitchen countertops are chipped, kitchen cabinets don’t close all the way, and alarm doesn’t work. Ridiculous because I was told that nobody had lived in the unit for a while prior to me moving in and they needed to “refresh it” prior to me moving in. Either maintenance/cleaning are reeeeeally bad at their jobs or they simply didn’t do anything.

Location, apartments, and staff are great. Maintenance could be better, but overall really enjoying my stay here.
