Mills at 601
My family and I have been residents of the Mills at 601 for the past 3 years. Initially when we moved in everything was wonderful. However; this is no longer the case. This complex has steadily gone down hill. The lawns are not kept clean, tenants are leaving there trash on the front porch for days. The neighbors have pets that release their bodily functions on the sidewalks daily. My neighbors dryer bangs the wall causing my sleep to be disturbed. The HUB was placed on property and tenants are being charged a monthly fee even though you may not use it. If you're going to impose a fee on tenants why not charge for 24/7 security monitoring to help the tenants feel safe. These are just some of the concerns. Why haven't all apartment complexes been ungraded and by this I mean the flooring. Some apartments have had floors redone and some have not why is this? If you're going to advertise upgrades be consistent across the board.
