So to be fair when i first moved in it was awesome. But when I decided to move it was because the neighborhood went down. I moved out and after a month of waiting still no security deposit. So just beware they dont have a phyucsl office location so the new reviews online are a lie. There is no office in Alabama.

I moved into the property in Dec 2024 and there was an excellent office manager ON SITE in the office. Shortly, thereafter, when I needed HVAC and maintenance work, no one was able to be found. No one answered the office phone or returned messages. No one responded to emails and even when I went to the office during "open hours" no one was available. In the meantime, my upstairs went to temperatures as high as 88 degrees inside. Finally I reached out to Stone Park HOA and they were able to get in touch with the next property over in GEORGIA to get someone to come in to attempt to repair the AC. It would be appropriate if they would INFORM residents that everything on the website and office outgoing message is incorrect.
