Frustrated Resident

The parking for the 5621 building continues to get worse, there appears to be more than two cars per household for this bldg. The tenants that live in and around this building do not check on their kids they let them play day and night unsupervised. Residents have no respect for their neighbors, they drop food, debris, tobacco and trash everywhere on the grounds and breezeways. The tenants are not as respectful and as upstanding as they were when I moved to this property three years ago. The property has some issues with ventilation in the buildings and water pressure. When I moved here three years ago I was a happy tenant but not anymore. The living experience here is not as good because of the environment of people who have moved in within the last year. The property management is not so bad they do their best to accommodate issues like water and individual apartment needs. I have no plans of renewing my lease as I cannot live in this environment where I can not control what my apartment smells like due to ventilation mainly. Residents smoke different things and the smell comes through the ventilation it is not an ideal or comfortable way to live any longer. Feeling unhappy and disappointed. I hope that this review causes some changes to happen. While the property management has always been nice and tried to accommodate some things seem out of their control to a certain point. I wish residents were cleaner, cared about the property they live in and the community in which we live.

Great Service

The guys that does the maintenance are GREAT, if something needs to fix they are on top of it. And Mrs. Bernadette King is the BEST property manager I have EVER had. She is all so on top of her game, and one of the best. Over all, the staff does there job to the utmost ...... with a smile.
