Too Much Noise; Too Much Turnover

I nearing the end of a year lease on the 10th floor, and I enjoyed it for a while. I paid a little extra for a nicer view, but mainly to have no one above me. Then, without informing me, they moved the gym from the first floor to the community penthouse above me. I'm not sure why anyone would design a gym on the top floor where it could disturb people below. Whenever someone works out, I hear everything. This is something that happens basically 24/7. People always drop the weights; the treadmills shake my apartment on every step. All day long there are construction noises, which of course was supposed to finished months ago. I hear the saws and the music from the construction crew playing until they decide to go home. Any noise from outside can be heard through the window, which can usually be tuned out, along with all the commotion that comes from the hallway. The people below me are constantly fighting, and I hear them at all hours of the day as if they were in my own apartment. One wall is shared with the elevators so I hear it go up and down all day long as well. This, by the way, is all heard through the headphones that I wear while playing video games or watching television. Sometimes, it even wakes me up during the night. Out of six sides, I have one quiet wall. The staff is generally nice, but you never know who is working. Since I have been here, the turnover has been ridiculous. It seems like every time I go to the lobby there is a new property manager. The place is coming along, but there is a long way to go. The parking lot desperately needs to be redone, which was supposed to be done ages ago, but never was. Low riding cars will bottom out every time you leave. The gated parking is always left open because of the construction. The rooftop terraces they added are nice to go sit at though.

Awesome Property

It is a very convenient property to downtown. It is quiet and very trendy. I love living at this property and the staff is also wonderful.
