A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. A non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $350 for one pet and an additional $250 for a second pet, 2 pets maximum. Mediocre at best

Premium priced apartments but not a premium complex. It took forever to fix my a/c. Things are constantly leaking. The rent amount is never the same. Theres always a bunch of little extra charges.

Everything has been great with 1 exception, maintenance request submitted almost 2 weeks ago and still waiting.

Tough move in, been better since

When moving in the apartment was not ready, had to do long work to get it up to standards, from maintenance to even cleaning. It took a long time, and wasn't provided any compensation for the 2 months that it took. Apartment now, is as good as it going to get. Definitely not a modern apartment as it was advertised, but you could consider it to be renewed now all the work has been done. The pool amenities look really nice, and can see public spaces are taken good care of. I can't really say if it's like this for all move ins, or if this case was just unlucky. In either case, compensation should have been offered, 2 months is a long time to get issues fixed, some were big and some minor. Specially when this issues were clearly not the new tenants fault.
