No puppies or kittens are ever allowed, any dog less than a year old is considered a puppy and a cat less than a year old a kitten. 2. No other animals. Only dogs, cats, birds, and fish are allowed. NO REPTILES, AMPHIBIANS, DANGEROUS, HARMFUL OR POISONOUS ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED. Tenant agrees that no additional or different pets will occupy the premises, even temporarily 3. Leashes, Cages, Etc. PETS MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN LOOSE AND ARE NOT TO BE TIED OUTSIDE. Dogs and cats must be on a leash at all times when they are outside of the apartment. Birds must be caged at all times.

Decent apartment very close to campus.

Staff is very friendly and helpful and maintenance usually responds fairly quickly to requests. Seems pretty safe and a good location.

Management at Four Seasons

Management at Four Seasons had hours that was hard to gauge. New our new property manager, she's always at her desk and caters to our maintenance requests, so I'm quite pleased with this change.

Best Bang for Your Buck near USA but Thin Walls

I have loved living here at Four Seasons so far because it is extremely affordable to live alone while also being so close to the University of South Alabama. The staff is extremely friendly, and in my case, there is never an issue with having enough parking. The complex is safe with an on-duty/off-duty courtesy officer living in the complex in case issue arise. There are occasionally groups of students or tenants/tenant's visitors that ride the line of loitering, but no one has ever given me issues while living at the complex. The amenities are relatively mediocre in my opinion because the pool is typically heavily shaded, but the tennis/basketball court is a nice touch you don't find at every complex around town. Also, there is an in-house laundromat for those who do not have a washer/dryer or choose to rent a one bedroom, which do not have washer and dryer hookups. My main complaint with Four Seasons is how thin the walls seem to be. It hasn't affected me a lot because I typically have headphones on or I am at school, but I can hear the cats in the unit upstairs walking around the unit when the complex is still. It has only been an issue in my case when I attempt to host my friends for a movie or game night. It has been bad enough for me and a single friend of mine to be having a normal volume conversation and my neighbor asks me the next day to keep it down a little bit. I know a former tenant that purchased a surround sound stereo system, for movies and TV, while staying at Four Seasons, and he could not use it without having a noise complaint from someone else in his building. With that being said, there is not a more affordable place to live alone near the University of South Alabama, especially with a washer and dryer connection. Overall, I rate the complex a 7.5/10 because the buildings look a little bit aged, and the amenities are not amazing, but it is a safe, affordable, and convenient place to live.
