No working clothes or dish washers. Old ac
For 2 years, have had no working dishwasher. For 10 years no consistent working dryer or clothes washer. Continuously get broken appliances that been taken out of other apartments and brought up here and I either have to fix them myself or deal with the problems such as hang clothes to dry. While talking to other neighbors who get new appliances the next day. Also watching the units around me get destroyed every fee months and given new appliances for new renters who then destroy the unit again and leave after not paying and breaking contracts ..That is not cost effective.
