Poor Water Management
I have moved on August 2023. The apartment is a very nice place to live. However, there are certain issues which management was not able to solve. This apartment is tied up with some third party services for water and they loot money as much as possible. Both the third party and property management was not able to resolve my issue. The billing statement came late after the due date and the third party is asking to pay a late fee, which is absolutely stupid. Even the property management never informed about the account details of the third party. Other than that, corridor sometimes smells bad especially if trash is out. However it is a very nice place to live and good amenities where you can get your guests/friends to have fun.

Residential complex very nice, quiet and the staff is friendly, but before giving you the keys to the rented apartment they should verify that everything is in order and clean.
Great location!
The Edison is in a great location with lots of local shops and restaurants. The parking policy is inconvenient as guests are expected to park near the front office and walk to your building. The key card entry required for each building is also inconvenient. Residents should at least be permitted to purchase an additional key card. Also, the address does not populate in some food delivery apps, which is a problematic. Staff members are pretty nice.
