Responsive staff and maintenance

Alright older complex. Very convenient location to Bridge Street and University Drive businesses. Office and maintenance staff are good folks, responsive and friendly. Apartments are large. Onsite laundry takes credit/debit cards. Rents are $40 higher per month due to cable service being mandatory. Parking gets a little tight sometimes but mostly ok. My upstairs neighbors got noisy from time to time but what can be done? It's an apartment after all. Grounds are kept up well as are the entrance areas. Rent can be paid online but there's a service charge, none on checks though.
