I submitted four maintenance requests, two of which were critical. After waiting 10 days with no response, I called the leasing office, and they immediately sent the maintenance team. Unfortunately, the issues were not resolved, yet the work orders were marked as completed in the resident portal. This is the second time this has happened. In the past, the maintenance team would leave a note in the apartment explaining what had been done or whether a part needed to be ordered. That no longer happens, so the only way to find out the status of a repair is to visit the leasing office in person and ask for an update. Considering the high cost of living in this community, I expected a much higher level of communication and responsiveness. It is disappointing to feel that maintenance concerns are not treated with the urgency or attention they deserve.

This place used o be awesome. My lease is up soon. The place has changed for the worse. Big Dan cant go a week without changes that do not benefit renters.

Nice place however some new residents are making it not nice to live here. Not having the pool open in the evening makes it inconvenient but overall a nice experience.
