Maintenance needs help
My husband and I have lived here 3 months. We love our quiet location and view. Plenty of room for our dog to walk and play. Office staff Emily and Madison have listened to our issues but we are still without the light in our living room. We have asked multiple times what the status is for the new fan with lights is to replace the one that is broken. NO answer from anyone. They came to assess the mold and leaking faucets in the bathtub and said they would order parts to replace them. It has not been fixed yet. * Management needs to hire more maintenance workers so when we need repairs they can get the job done as soon as possible.
Fieldcrest is Home
Fieldcrest has been my home for the past two years, and I have thoroughly enjoyed being here. I have never lived in an apartment complex that felt like a community, but Fieldcrest truly provides that. The amenities are great and maintenance is super quick at responding when needed. I love the staff as they are so helpful when I have questions or concerns. The overall location is nice, as well, as it is close to grocery stores, restaurants, bowling, etc. If you’re thinking about living at Fieldcrest, I highly recommend.
