Amazing!

I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing and they have done above and beyond for me. The communicate very well with their tenants. The apartments are very nice. I haven't had trouble with anything. If you're looking for a nice quiet place to live, this place fits just that. I would recommend to any of my friends.

New Owners ??

I have lived here nearly two years. Since new owners have taken over, they have done away with things that were appealing (bay windows in kitchen, toilets that flush) and found three or four ways to send workers intruding inside the privacy of our apartments to install new thermostats (the old ones worked perfectly well,) new toilets (the old ones worked MUCH better,) new faucets in bathrooms and kitchens (again, there was nothing wrong with the old ones,) and new light bulbs )SERIOUSLY?). Meanwhile, the building I am in is collapsing to one side and cracks are developing in my apartment due to the compromised foundation. I am at a loss right now to understand this entire process other than the owners are trying to make the residents feel like they are subject to “inspections” by constantly sending people into our homes but doing nothing about serious structural issues. The office and maintenance staff remain cordial and helpful but are helpless at the whims of the owners.
