Trails Review

Overall decent place to live. Very good on price because of the amenities bundle, but thats about it. Move in day was very rough, had no help from the workers whatsoever, didn't even have the keys til next day. Fridge broke 4 different times after maintenance fixed it. Took roughly over 1 month to get fridge to stop leaking. Was promised a washer/dryer upon move in and did not get one until 4/5 months in, only cause we called every other day.

Great Place To Live

I have lived here at The Trails for several years. Great staff, excellent maintenance team. The grounds are maintained well, but a little more care to the breezeways would be appreciated.

I’ve lived in better

Management tries very hard to make sure you are happy living there however that’s after several failed attempts. I’m allergic to quite a few things and so is my child. The first apartment I was given was terrible which face me PTSD about the apartment I actually moved in to. I just keep telling myself “it’s only an year” ??
