Mostly Good

Having lived here for over a year, it is mostly good. The amenities (gym, pool, and dog park) are better than nothing, but not great. The lack of sidewalks between buildings make getting to the amenities very inconvenient. The staff is very bad at communicating with residents, notably when water will be unavailable. Many emails have also been mistakenly sent to all residents when only some residents were the intended recipients. Specifically, Roxy has not been professional when communicating over the phone in the past. I do not like being forced to pay for a cable plan since I do not watch cable. The increase in price during lease renewal for the trash valet cannot be rationalized with the number of days that are cancelled with little notice. The same thing can be said for other price increases when nothing has changed in the last year. Parking is fine as long as I don't need to find a spot past 7:00 PM. After this time, all nearby spots are taken. There are also many cars that haven't moved in over a year but are not cited. Cars illegally parked in handicapped spaces has improved in recent months. The location is good for the stores nearby, but it is a considerable distance from the city, especially with traffic. All experiences with maintenance have been wonderful.

Apartment Review

I have lived here for a little over a month now and have mixed feelings about the apartment complex. I like that it is a spread out community which makes the noise levels at a minimum. My main grievance is that upon moving in, there have been a long list of repairs. I have had maintenance come to the apartment about 10 times already, while they are mostly helpful, sometimes they fix one thing and break another thing and I have to get them to come back.

Life at Inverness

Its been ok. Apartment was not repaired before i moved in. They dont seem to clean the apartment before showing/renting. Im dissatisfied at several causmatic items. Also having problem with illegal smoking here.
