The max number allowed, one-time fee, and pet rent apply only for cats and dogs; the max number allowed, one-time fee, and pet rent do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. Review
Big dogs here by more than one resident are allowed to do their business unleashed and not cleaned up after. I have 2 small dogs that are always leashed and I have to be careful because mine have been approached by these big dogs because the owners are inconsiderate. It’s been this way since I’ve been here. Large dog feces everywhere.
Thank You so much for bringing this to my attention. We have repeatedly notified residents as to the rules and responsibilities of dog ownership at our property. Weather permitting we have been trying to stay ahead of the feces situation as well, while trying to determine who the offending parties are. Our apologies for this inconvenience while we work to resolve the issues.
Laundry
Hi I am a resident here and have a problem with the laundry. Twice now someone has taken my laundry out of the washer within minites of it being done. I don't appreciate my laundry being touched by another individual. This has got to stop. It was not in there more than 5 minites of being done.
