He has been to my complex a couple of times to address some concerns, and most recently, he quickly and efficiently resolved a heating issue. We’ve lived here for about eight years now. The maintenance team and office staff are exceptional. Great walking trails throughout the community that are kept up even in the winter. Great location in Fairbanks. If you’re not looking to buy for whatever reason, Birchwood is a great option.

Greetings, Tuesday, your Maintenance Man Kenny came out to address a repair for me on the door handle. After he was done I asked him if he would help me put in the new bulbs I had ready to go into the kitchen ceiling which he did without question. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient.
