Upon moving out and steam cleaning my carpets I still didn't receive full damage deposit back as promised. Maintenance at the building is a joke... place is going downhill..

the community director is great to deal with, she communicates well is extremely efficient in solving any issues that I brought to her attention. buildings are kept clean and well maintained.

I have only been here a few weeks. The building is older but maintained. The Manager is excellent and answered any questions or issues we had. We found her to be very professional and friendly. It would be nice to have dishwashers in the apartments, otherwise it is satisfactory. Neighbours music seems pretty loud sometimes, but we try to remember living in an apartment requires some patience and tolerance to others. We are satisfied with Sol Terrace.
