I have been in Rio Verde / Pomeroy suites approaching 4 years. The rental rates are competitive. Initially cable, parking and fitness were all free for a year. Cable was the only service thet went fully unsubsidized. Generally the building is reasonably well serviced and the staff pleasant and responsive (the hotel is a separately run property). Maintenance is below the level this building deserves, with hallway air makeup filters non-existent or infrequently changed, carpets rarely vacuumed and parkade dirt cleaned but once per year. Parkade thefts were routine (bicycles, car break-ins, etc), but with the installation of parkade access control in November ‘23, this may be less of an issue. I am still here, so that must be my statement of semi-satisfaction!
