Please fix elevator

Maintenance was fantastic when I needed help replacing batteries and light bulbs on a very tall ceiling, and I feel very safe seeing our security guards keeping guard around the building (one of the best features, I have to say). The gym is very clean and tidy, too. The elevator is very problematic right now, but at least staff have communicated often with updates (which is, very helpful). However, I would say for the most part, excluding maintenance and security, staff feel unreachable.
