Policies
The monthly pet fee is $30–$40 per pet, depending on the pet’s size.
Dogs 30 lbs or under: $30 per month.
Dogs over 30 lbs: Additional landlord approval is required. Please provide a photo of the dog for review. For management approval, a current vaccination certificate from a veterinarian and a certificate of behaviour/training from a veterinarian are also required.
Cats: $30 per month, subject to the applicable pet requirements.
Other types of pets: Written approval from the landlord is required, and a different monthly pet fee may apply depending on the type of pet.
If the pet exceeds the maximum permitted weight or if there are multiple pets, special written approval from the landlord is required. Additional monthly pet fees may apply, and approval must be obtained before the pet is permitted to reside in the unit.
Please note that any unauthorized pet found residing in the unit without prior approval from the landlord will be subject to a $500.00 fine and may be required to be removed. Additional fees or fines may also apply in accordance with the building’s policies.
