Amenities being down consistently is disappointing. Expensive for the area given the surroundings with homeless and drug addicts all around the property.

Good amenities. The only issue is that there is two parking garages - for residents and visitors. They let only a select few park in visitors parking (so visitors parking is ALWAYS full) while the rest of us pay for parking every month. We’ve reported this before and management isnt responsive.
