the parking gates have not functioned for over 1 month. Why is this so difficult?

Management company is horrid. Calls and emails will go unanswered for days, and they will simply ignore problems. Security system in front entrance constantly beeps, and they refuse to change it.

Great Midtown location and nice units with lots of natural light. Maintenance can be slow with multiple attempts to repair HVAC and parking lot gates. Also, management needs more control over AirBNB units. Do not think AirBNB should be allowed at all in this building. It's for students and young professionals.

Parking gate is constantly broken and we pay A LOT of money for it. The fire panel downstairs is constantly beeping and there needs to be a buzzing system so I don’t have to go all the way downstairs to let anyone in.

I wish there were some events so that I could get to know my neighbors. they make a lot of noise at night, and I wish that there events that I can interact with my neighbors, which provide me an opportunity to communicate my concerns with them in a polite and natural way
