The average rent for an apartment in Oklahoma City has increased more compared to other surrounding cities such as Edmond ($934), where prices went up by 0.5%. On the other hand in Norman, rent went up by 2.9% compared to last year, reaching $925.

What it costs to rent in the Oklahoma City metro area

Despite a 0.8% increase, Bethany rentals are the most budget-friendly option in the Oklahoma City area, with an average price of $645.
