Property reviewsLinwood M. on Jan 10, 2023I have lived here since 2008, and have nothing but good things to say. Yes, I wish the rent had a ceiling after a certain amount of years, and yes I wish the rent payment was less. But, I know that it's comparable for other complexes in the area. I am very pleased with the office staff, and the maintenance staff. They have always responded quickly to any request I have made, and have always solved the issue. The complex is large, so I can only speak for the are that I have live in since 2008. I have had several neighbors during the time I have spent here. Yes, some have been better than others, but never a problem with any in regards to noise, and/or disrespect. Parking has not been an issue, and snow removal has always been prompt...Yes, in hindsight I could of put this rent money into a home...but I am very pleased with Austin Home Apts, in Deptford.
Anonymous on Nov 10, 2022We moved here in August 2022 but lived here previously. Great management team with awesome maintenance staff. We love that its dog friendly with a dog park for our fur baby to run and play. Residents are friendly, parking is ample which is a bonus.
