I have lived here for 3 months and it has been nothing but great. The staff is friendly and continuously ask if I need anything.

What I love about this property: -> Staff is professional & friendly -> Beautiful view from my apartment -> Walking distance to Old Town Occoquan which includes restaurants, stores, a post office, a park, events, and art studios. -> Right off of I-95 exit, right on the border of Fairfax County and Prince William County -> Close to lots of parks, both regional and state -> So far, all neighbors are friendly

Staff is professional and kind, maintenance issues are few and quickly handled. There's not much in the way of amenities, if you have kids there is a playground, if you have dogs there is a small fenced in dog park. Parking is doable, you can always find a spot but it's not always close. Noise isn't too bad, sound wall blocks most of the noise from the highway and I only hear neighbors when they're in the hall. Cozy, not too expensive place to live that is clean and well kept. Great for young families or people with pets.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. This is the place to called home ??. Quiet community.

I have been a 3 yr resident of Rolling Brook Apartments. I love everything about my apartment. Especially the fireplace. The Rolling Brook staff at both the leasing office and the clubhouse are AMAZING! Maintenance does a great of responding to and addressing my concerns with my apartment. I love our community!

The team here is amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the beginning. You can tell they reslly do their best to ensure the residents are satisfied even with the limited abilities they may have to do so. Amentities are great ! Nice lounge areas to hangout with family and friends and a pool table ig uou enjoy games! Overall ive had a good experience here.

Like it here just hate that the people that live above me always sound as if they are about to come through the roof and constantly waking my child
