I’ve gotten stuck (or almost stuck) in 2/3 of the elevators on two occasions in the span of six months. This is a major safety issue, especially when the elevator attempts to move up with the doors still open.

While it might not be the newest property out there, it definitely serves its purpose by providing a quality home in a friendly community. What I love most about Riverside is the comfort it offers. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but it feels like a cozy place where my family can really call home. The location is perfect for us, with easy access to local shops and a nice neighborhood vibe. Huge shoutout to Johnny and Imani! They always had a smile on their faces and knew exactly what they were doing. Instead of giving us the runaround, they provided clear answers and made the whole process so much easier.

John C. on Apr 4, 2024I been living in Cascades for about a week now and it’s been a great experience so far. Carlos and Josh have been great to work with. They answer the phone, respond to emails and answer any questions that I may have. The gargae and building is kept up pretty well. I definitely recommend taking a tour of the community and checking it out.

It has been such a positive experience with the management and building maintenance staff. LaTese, Bianca, and Barry have been so kind and generous, going above and beyond to make my transition easier here. It's a lovely building in an ideal location!

They provide great feedback, support, and communication for any and all issues. Additionally you aren't paying extra fees for things you can do for yourself so it's easier to price and budget for rent expenses.
