My husband and I sold our house and moved to Imperial Lofts at the height of the pandemic in July 2020, and I'm so glad that we made that decision. The apartment itself is beautiful with nice touches that make it feel luxurious. The kitchen and bathroom counters are granite, with more than enough cabinets, and the pantry is a good size. The appliances are stainless and include a glass top stove. The floor plan that we live in has an eating area large enough to fit my dining room table which seats eight. All of the rooms are a nice size. The apartment includes a washer and dryer. The parking spaces are all covered. The common area and pool are all extremely beautiful. There are nice amenities including a coffee machine that includes cocoa and expresso, free 24/7, and on Saturdays, muffins, fruit, etc. are also available. The staff here is wonderful and very cooperative. Whenever I contacted maintenance, I knew it would be taken care of within 24 hours. Being located in Sugar Land means the surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful and well maintained, with plenty of shopping and restaurants., as well as nice walking trails. I think Imperial Lofts is a beautiful, safe place to live in.
