Nice view and kind staff

It is such a nice place .

just moved to the area from out of state, so this was a sight unseen rent. Maria and Noel were absokuty amazing in helping my fiance and I get our finances in order to get a unit here. I'm also really grateful our two dogs didn't have any restrictions here. The area is great, we pretty much walk everywhere with the exception of the Asian market. We got our rent with a special which really helped since we just moved to the area. The staff is super helpful and the maintenance response is fast. This is the first apartment where we actually don't hear any neighbors only noise we usually hear is from the outside. So that's actually really nice. Only thing that I will say worries me sometimes is that the locks to the front and back doors sometimes don't click and the doors aren't necessarily shut. Not sure if its cause there were new locks installed or what but that's my only concern. Other than that, great staff, great price, great area.

My experience here has been fulfilling. As an elder, the enrire staff has been a blessing, I truly believe in community and have met some great neighbors as well. And of course, the dogs have thrir own personality (lol). Not too happy about parking, Also, it would good to have more handicapped spaces. on each lot. Thank you.
