    I been here for a few months and so far I love it. I'm always able to find parking even when I'm coming home at 3am. The highlight of my apartment is the windows and sunlight. I love the hard wood floors.

    Great place to live! Maintenance is very important for me, and having maintenance requests that you can submit via the resident app, and quick turn around helps tremendously. Staff are extremely helpful and kind, the neighborhood is quiet, but there are so many great amenities to keep you entertained. The fitness center is a well maintained, and parking is always available. Couldn't recommend Town Walk Hamden enough.

    Have lived at retro 511 for a year, great location, friendly neighbors. Maintainance comes around the location weekly but the unit i lease is new and no calls have beem needed. Lease terms after a year have great pricing and options

    I cannot fully express how much I enjoy living at Encore 99. In the seven to eight years I’ve resided here, I haven’t had a single complaint. I sincerely thank the dedicated staff for their excellent upkeep of the grounds, and the management team for consistently operating at the highest level.

    I've only been here a few months but it's a very quiet and nice apartment. Some things needed to be fixed but maintenance got to it. Monica and Elba are the best!

    They are working very hard to accommodate and renovate the place, I wouldn't like to say that the interior work is great, however, that is not their fault, since workers do slappy work at times. I think there is space for improvement, in the future will be even better!! I had a geat 1 year living here.

    I've been living at uphouse for almost a month. The staff has been responsive and promptly addressed a few minor issues upon moving in. Very little, if any sound is transmitted through the walls. The amenities are excellent, including the pool, gym, and golf room. Everyone is friendly and It's been a pleasant place to live.

    I moved in this week and I am very happy with my decision! The units are beautifully renovated and comfortable. The whole experience, from viewing the units to application to moving was easy. This was totally because of the Property manager, Jamella Heyward! She was available to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. ?? recommend.
