Tips for Renting in Thousand Oaks
Thousand Oaks renters’ rights are governed by California state law, and for the most part are consistent with US tenant laws. Although California does have some important regulations regarding owners and tenants that renters should be aware of. Any owner who wants a tenant to move must give them 30-days’ written notice, or 60-days’ written notice if the tenant has lived on the property for one year or more.
