The Hive is a great place to live with all the amenities it offers and its location to so many stores and restaurants
I’ve been living in this apartment building for a while now, and it’s been awesome. They’ve got cleaners who keep the place spotless, which is a huge plus. The amenities are great—I use them all the time. The view facing the courtyard is beautiful, especially in the warmer months. The staff are super friendly, and I love that the building is pet-friendly. Overall, I’d totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy, pet-friendly place to live.

We've been living in 520 Lofts for almost 2 years and have had a very positive experience. The rent is a fair price and we have all the amenities we were looking for in a 2 BD 2 BA apartment. Maintenance is highly responsive to any concerns (we've had very minor issues that were quickly resolved, and they do preventative maintenance as needed). The parking is a good rate considering the daily rates add up quickly if you don't get a permit. Having an in unit washer/dryer is a game changer and it runs very well. Overall enjoy the space and will continue living here until our family gets bigger.
I have been here since 2017 in this community I love the ease of walking out my apt to catch some gym time, snacks, beverages and visiting the local restaurants. The management has been responsive to my questions, inquiries and needs. I would defined recommend apartment living in Center City Allentown.

I've been living at Center Square Lofts and overall, it’s been a mixed experience. The location is definitely a strong point—close to downtown amenities, restaurants, and public transit, which makes it convenient for daily errands and social life. The units are modern with high ceilings and a decent amount of natural light, which gives the space a nice open feel.
Center square lofts is a great place to live
