I feel people tend to leave reviews when they have had a bad experience. It seems to me that people do not take the time to leave complimentary reviews about people, places, or events. I moved to the Columns at Paxton Lane after living in my own (quiet) home for many years. I feared I would have a huge adjustment moving into apartment living. I was wrong! The staff made me feel at home from the moment I walked through the door. Devin made me feel comfortable through every step of the way in finding and renting my apartment home. When I wanted to come back one more time to ride through the community prior to renting, Ashley took me through the community. I felt like I was talking with a family member. Maintenance – WOW! My daughter lives in a different complex and had me a little concerned that the maintenance here could be something like at her complex. Maintenance here is the best of anywhere I have EVER lived. I have actually put an order in, left to visit with a friend and the order was complete when I got back home!! I am 65 years old and had rented most of my life in addition to working for management companies at apartment homes. I can honestly say whoever runs maintenance at this management company is the best. The maintenance tech, Rawle, is a perfect example of what a maintenance employee should aim to be. You will be hard pressed to find a more professional friendly member of a maintenance department. The community is great. The homes are beautiful and quiet. And, best of all, I have not seen even one bug/pest since I have moved in! I have not regretted moving into this complex even for a second.
Brian F. on Mar 2, 2022Been here for 6 years, and have been by and large..satisfied with my experience. Al that’s missing is rent regulation. Prices never stop rising year over year. They need to fix that. Property is awesome.
