Tyler M. on Aug 22, 2018I have lived here for 4 years. The staff has changed over the years but have always been polite and professional. I am sad that i am being pushed out today. My wife and a 7 year old son have moved back to Arlington (due to a career change) and are currently living in my 1 bedroom apt. Due to the cramped space my Son is forced to sleep on the couch. Sadly enough he is now having some back issues and we need to act urgently to find more space. We make 4x's the amount of this 2bed 2bath $1100 unit. Unfortunately we were declined today because of 4 late payments in the past that were taken care including all late payments in the allotted time I was given. I never gave any hassle nor fuss. My apartment was always clean and I was never loud. I love this place why would i do that. This complex is amazing and didn't plan on leaving for a long time. Its safe for kids, parking is great and there is never any noise. As of today i have 2 month til my lease is up and am being forced to put in my notice because of this and it breaks my heart. I hope someone in staff reads this and is able to help me out soon. If not... Thanks and I hope you have a blessed year. - Sincerely your current resident
