Brenda N. on Apr 1, 2024Great apartment complex! Parking can be tight on spaces depending on your area of the complex, but you can pay to get a reserved spot if needed. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. I’ve NEVER seen a complex update important items after EACH moveout to ensure a quality apartment for the next renter, like they do. Its amazing to see. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. They have a great gazebo and cute common areas for summer time. Office staff is always friendly and helpful.

I have consistently bugged the ladies in the office since the day I moved in, and they have handled each request efficiently and with a smile. The apartment itself is built extremely well. With the unit being new construction, I expected to find many issues right off the bat, but it's been the exact opposite. I toured many apartments throughout Memphis, and I am 100% satisfied with my choice to live at The Tennessee Brewery.

Its extremely quiet in the area and I believe it’s not only due to the location, but also not many people knowing that these homes are out here. Which totally works for me lol. Mostly families and our “seasoned” indiviuals reside here. Again, a great place to live at and would recommend it to anyone!
