I have lived in this apartment for more than 8 years. It is a very peaceful place to live in. The area is safe for you and your kids. The Neighbours are nice, and the office personnel are very friendly and always ready to help. The maintenance is prompt and quick to responds to your needs.

I've been living here at Crest Oak Apartments for over a year now and renewed my lease for another year! My husband and I got married in June 2022 and wanted to move out to our own place and found Crest Oak Apartments to be the perfect starter apartment for us. We have a dog and just recently adopted a cat and we love how pet friendly the apartment is. It has a little fenced dog area for the dogs to run around and a playground near the parking lot for children to play on. It's in a safe, newly renovated area. They're currently building a community around the area (Currently Sept 2023) so there's some construction here and there but nothing that is really disturbing. Some of my favorite parts of living here: - The building itself is very quiet, minus the dogs who run up to their front doors barking when they hear people walking around in the hallway. The barking isn't all that bad though! You eventually get used to it, sometimes even get concerned when you don't hear the dogs barking haha. - There is a laundry room on each floor. We are conveniently located right across from the laundry room. You do have to pay to use the machines, but there is a machine in the laundry room to put money into your laundry card and you can put money in through your phone as well. - Lots of parking space! It's not a huge building so the parking lot is perfect. I've never struggled finding parking in the parking lot even late at night when the parking lot is filled up. Also lots of lights in the parking lot, as well as a camera by the entrances, so I never feel afraid walking up to the building late at night. - Staff is almost always around and reachable through the office, phone, or email. Maintenance requests are also really easy through the RentCafe website.

It is a very cool place to live. No noise, it is a safe place, management are very nice, the parking lot is big enough for cars.

The location is great and is not very close to downtown Minneapolis, close to the main highway to the airport and the mall of America.
