There's not much in the way of amenities, if you have kids there is a playground, if you have dogs there is a small fenced in dog park. Parking is doable, you can always find a spot but it's not always close. Noise isn't too bad, sound wall blocks most of the noise from the highway and I only hear neighbors when they're in the hall. Cozy, not too expensive place to live that is clean and well kept. Great for young families or people with pets.

The Rolling Brook staff at both the leasing office and the clubhouse are AMAZING! Maintenance does a great of responding to and addressing my concerns with my apartment. I love our community!
