Simple, basic, friendly, clean, useful location (transit, retail, services, etc) ??????

The staff is very courteous and the maintenance crew always responds quickly with actual repairs. For the price i love the location and the size of my apartment. I wish the complex had a gym but everything else is on point. The google reviews are nothing like the actual complex.

I have lived her 6 yrs and It’s been wonderful and no Problems at all.

Friendly staff. Ms. Cat was awesome. Property nice, very clean, and quiet. My unit is ugraded and i love it. I have the 700+ square foot. Very spacious

I’ve lived here for 2 years and I hate that I have to move due to certain situations...but overall this apartment complex is awesome. Great staff especially Mrs. Nikki if you ever need help she is your lady! Great location to all highways you are literally smack middle of everything. Maintenance is always on point every time I needed a work order it was done the same day! I would highly recommend the place to anyone! Keep up the amazing work.

love these apartment really quiet never had any problems with parking. Maintance man is alway happy to help. The office staff are friendly and call back in a timely matter if your not able to reach them. The apartment prices are great!

We have been living here for the past 7 years and loving it. The stuff at the office is so friendly. Maintenance is really good. Parking spaces are available and the property is very quiet.

My stay here was nice. Maintenance always came out in a timely fashion to fix any issues. The only thing I was a little pressed about is the one time my a/c went out and it was over 100 degrees outside. They could not get it replaced over the weekend and I understand that. However I became very upset when I purchased my own fans and it did not help much. The apartments stated they only had 1 portable unit and it was being used. I think with a complex as large as this one there should always be a minimum of at least 10 portable units for when these type of issues arise. Other than that, very reasonable price and conveniently located near everything! I have certainly enjoyed my stay.

This is a great place to relax, live, raise children and conduct business. The area has very good entertainment venues, places to shop, eateries are wonderful. At La Costa, you are minutes away from all the action, theatre, football, parks and other fun things to do.
