Renting at The Everly was great. It’s a big complex and there is a two person team working at the front desk and a great maintenance crew. They have a lot going on and they’re very busy and they do a good job. The pool is salt water and open year-round. it’s not heated. Our kids loved it. There’s a dog park that gets a lot of action and tons of really amazing residents. You can walk to the farmers market. The community has beautiful, mature, overgrown trees, and a walking path. It’s a really quiet neighborhood and beautiful to walk around. It just got new roofs. It’s wired for AT&T fiber. The only downside is it’s directly next to the train tracks, but that’s also a bonus because on the other side of that is the factory at Franklin within walking distance. The train rarely comes by during the day they honk before the crossing at 11 PM sometimes 1 AM and sometimes 4 AM. Some nights there’s no train, some nights there’s one train, and some nights there’s all three. If I didn’t have kids, I can say that you really do get used to it like the neighbors told me and just go back to sleep but with kids it’s a little bit tougher if they’re young, so I recommend a sound machine if this place is the one for you. We were here a year and we’ve truly enjoyed it. I also have a community garden, which is by the dog park and so awesome to see what other residents are growing. 5 min drive to Main St. downtown Franklin. Excellent location!
