Property reviewsLarry G. on Aug 22, 2019I have owned many homes plus have lived in several apartment complexes over the past 10 years. I must tell you that it doesn't get any better than this. The location is perfect, only a block or two from Publix or Walmart, plus other amenities such as Subway etc, Most of all, I need to compliment the manager (Samantha) who is amazing, including Sam plus now Amber. I can't leave out the immediate attention you get should you ever have a problem and need maintenance, Leon has been there for years and is on top of everything. So, if you are looking for a review, read this one!
Eric S. on May 8, 2019Courtney Bends is a great place to stay, it’s near a lot of stores, 95 South/North, eateries and more. Me and my wife moved out here in March 2018. We love it here. Parking sometimes at night is somewhat of an hassle, but we make it work.

Anonymous on May 1, 2023I've lived here for almost a year now, The experience has been really good so far. The apartment complex is always very nicely taken off, the staff are always super nice and polite. Most of the people that live here a pretty friendly. My only downside is that it does get pretty noisy. My apartment overlooks the pool so I do hear a lot of noise when there are people outside, its sometimes annoying when its pretty late. The walls are thin so I hear people from the corridor all the time. However I guess if matters if your neighbors are noisy or not. But other than that everything is really great!
