I moved in 6-1-2024 and have been happy ever since. The neighbors are friendly. The noise level is minimum. I would recommend Rowen Place Apartments for your next apartment.

I live here with my son and it has been amazing. I have enough parking spaces to park close to my building and I never hear any of my neighbors!

Everything is OK. The location is good. The neighbors are very nice in our court.

A wonderful place to live. Friendly neighbors. Very convenient to bank, groceries, hospital, stores, etc , yet a “ country feel” with trees. No worried about lawn or sidewalk upkeep. Well lit at night. Excellent management If something goes wrong, it’s fixed immediately. Rent is comparable to other places, but no where would we find the people in charge as kind and helpful. I’ve been here over 25 years. I love it here.
